HOW YOU CAN HELP

The key factors driving our financial needs are:

  • Our primary mission is TNR, which only works if the cost of spay-neuter surgery is free to caregivers.
  • A dedicated spay-neuter facility is the optimum way to attract and retain qualified veterinary and technical staff, manage our program, orchestrate community outreach and store food and traps.
  • The cost of this facility and our services approaches $1 million annually.

PetSmart Charities, Inc. (PCI) has given us a grant commitment which covers approximately 40% of these costs through 2009.  We need the help of charitably-minded donors to help us meet our budget needs for the current and following years.

FixNation is a professionally managed organization which is committed to honoring all of its obligations and meeting its goals.  We understand accountability, and all donors can be assured we will report results and uses of proceeds timely and thoroughly.  We know that our work cannot be done without your generous contributions, and our passion to bring about the day of no more homeless cats is matched only by our passion to reward your charity with genuine results.

All donations are fully tax-deductible, as FixNation is a California non-profit public benefit corporation, qualified as tax-exempt by the IRS under section 501(c)(3).  Our tax I.D. number is 83-0452460.

Given the magnitude of our financial needs, we appreciate that some donors would prefer a personal presentation, special submissions, or adherence to other protocols.  Whatever these may be, we are more than happy to comply. In this regard, our President and co-founder, Mark Dodge, is available to meet with any and all financial donors, communicate with you directly, and provide whatever additional information might be required.  Mark can be reached at mark@fixnation.org, or during business hours at (818) 298-2066.

Of course, we will gladly accept donations at any time, and in this regard, checks can be sent to our administrative address, P.O. Box 26, Woodland Hills, CA 91365.  Alll donors will receive written receipts, and a note of thanks.

Aside from cash contributions, FixNation can always use and will appreciate donations in kind…
